Welcome to Yutopia.art. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Custom Design Policy

All custom orders are considered final once they are added to the cart and paid for.
The customer is responsible for checking all design elements, including:
- Patch placement and selection
- Names or text input
- Colors and layouts
We do not allow any changes, modifications, or cancellations after an order has been confirmed and paid.
What you submit is what will be produced. Please review your design carefully before proceeding to checkout.

No Modification After Production

Once patches have been pressed and heat-sealed, they become permanent.
Items cannot be unpressed, modified, or reworked after the production process has begun.
Because of the custom nature of each item, all sales are final, and no returns or exchanges will be accepted due to customer design choices.

Material and Print Disclaimer

Our products involve heat pressing on canvas and fabric materials, which may shrink slightly or shift during the process.
Small variations in patch alignment, sizing, or spacing are expected and are part of the nature of handmade custom products.
These are not defects and do not qualify for refunds or remakes.
We do our best to ensure accuracy and alignment using professional tools and best practices.

Color Accuracy and Display

Product colors may appear differently on screen due to:
- Screen calibration
- Display settings
- Mobile vs. desktop sRGB profiles
Colors shown on your device may not exactly match the final product.
These variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Shipping & Fulfillment

We aim to ship out orders as quickly as possible while maintaining quality.
Most orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days, depending on order volume and complexity.
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by courier services
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Lost packages due to third-party carriers
Once an order is handed over to the courier, tracking and delivery is managed by the courier.

Quality Assurance

Each item is carefully checked before shipment.
If you receive a product with a clear production error (e.g., wrong item sent, wrong patch applied), please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Send photos and order details for our review.
Valid claims will be processed with a replacement or partial refund, at our discretion.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds based on:
- Change of mind
- Design preferences
- Color expectations
- Misalignment within acceptable range
Returns are only accepted if:
- The wrong product was sent
- The product has a manufacturing defect (not design or material-based variations)
Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 7-14 working days.

Order Responsibility

It is your responsibility to:
- Submit correct design information
- Enter the correct shipping address
- Review all details before placing your order
Yutopia.art is not liable for customer-submitted errors.

Ownership of Designs

All artwork submitted for customization remains the intellectual property of the customer.
By submitting designs, you grant Yutopia.art the right to print and produce them solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
Yutopia.art may use photos of completed work for marketing or portfolio use unless otherwise requested by the customer.
